Payment, delivery and returns all live with the retail partner you ordered from, so their order page resolves those fastest — have the partner’s order number at hand. If you’ve hit a wall there, write to us with the design name, order date and order number and we’ll help route it.
Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time. Weekend messages are read first thing Monday, and we aim to close out every question within one business day of picking it up.
