Our Commitment

A store some visitors cannot navigate is a store with a broken front door. We build to recognized accessibility standards and treat gaps against them as defects with a place in the fix queue, not as polish for later.

What We Do

• Readable type sizes with contrast that works in bright rooms.
• Text alternatives on product and category images.
• Full keyboard navigation, no mouse required.
• Headings and link text that say where they lead.

A Moving Target

Every new batch of designs is a fresh chance to introduce a problem, so the review never really ends. We check the site as it grows rather than once a year.

Report a Barrier

If something on the site blocks you, tell us the page and what happened at [email protected]. Specific reports get specific fixes — we’ll reply with either the fix or the date it ships.
